
Ingredients
1-1/4 oz oil
7 oz finely diced celery
2 tbsp plain flour
3 oz sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
7 oz green pepper cut in strips
1 onion sliced
10 1/2 oz tomato juce
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 oz lemon jiuce
Method
Fry all vegetables in oil for 10 minutes, stir in flour, slowly add tomato juice. Stir until thick Add sugar, salt, lemon juice. Stir to blend. Cook for 5 minutes. Add prawns and heat through.
