A delicious ragu made from pork and beef.
Ingredients
500g Pork Mince
500g Beef Mince
100g smoked bacon chopped small
4 Carrots processed fine like mince texture
4 Sticks Celery processed fine like mince texture
2 Onions processed fine like mince texture
4 tins Plum Tomatoes + 4 cans of water
Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Tomato Puree
2 Sprigs Rosemary chopped small
Method
Fry rosemary, then bacon and mince until golden on medium heat for about 10 mins. Add veg and stir in for 10 mins on medium heat. Add tomatoes, water and tomato puree. Simmer on a low heat for 1 ½ – 2 hours
